Whether you are spending time with a boyfriend, a lover or your family and friends, this year make your Valentine's Day extra awesome by expressing self love.  While it is so important to show and demonstrate our love to the ones you hold dearest, but more often then we realize how much we do not give ourselves the love we so much deserve.
