Shipping

What is your shipping policy?

Shipping Hours + Processing

Our internal shipping hours are Monday- Friday 9am-4pm MST. Please note, this excludes national holidays.

We primarily ship through USPS and FedEx. FedEx and expedited service options take 1-2 business days to process prior to being shipped. Free and standard shipping can take 3-5 business days to process prior to being shipped.

Orders placed after internal shipping hours will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 4pm MST, as well as orders placed on Saturday and Sunday, will begin processing the following business day.

Credit card authorizations will be captured at time of shipment. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped.

During the holiday season we have extended processing timeframes to 5-7 business days. Our team is dedicated to getting your order out as quickly as possible.

Shipping Method

All orders shipped via United States Post Office (USPS) the following shipping time

DOMESTIC SHIPPING ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME

USPS Ground Advantage 3-10 business days

USPS Priority: 2-6 business days

USPS Express: 1-3 business days

FedEx Ground: 1-6 business days

FedEx 2 Day: 1-3 Business Days (M-F)

FedEx Standard Overnight: 1 Business Day (M-F)

Expedited Shipping Policy

We make every effort to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please keep in mind, USPS Priority Express and FedEx expedited shipping does not deliver on the weekends. Shipping times start the day after they receive the package. For example, if you place an order using FedEx 2-Day Shipping on Monday and we give it to FedEx on Tuesday, then they guarantee delivery by Friday afternoon. 

International Shipping Policy

There are a few things to note about international shipping. If customs charges occur for your order, you are fully responsible for those fees. TYES BY TARA is not responsible for tariff or customs charges. International orders could take 6-8 weeks to arrive after they’re shipped since all orders must pass through customs. Please keep in mind, the amount of time that takes is completely out of our hands. 

For international orders, if your package is unclaimed and returned back to us, we may refund the amount of the products, but the shipping cost will not be refunded. 

We do not provide a return shipping label in our packaging as international returns are the customer’s responsibility. TYES BY TARA is not responsible for any additional shipping costs that come from returns or exchanges. We also do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship internationally and try to ship to as many locations as possible. Eligibility is subject to change at any time for any reason. If we are unable to ship to your region, we will cancel and refund your order.
Please note, your order may be subject to import duties, tariffs and taxes. If these charges apply, the buyer is responsible.

Do you collect sales tax?

Yes, sales tax will be collected where applicable. 

My package is lost/missing. What should I do?

We’re sorry you're having issues with your order delivery. Let's fix it together!

If you believe your package is lost in transit:

  • Contact the carrier that last had your package.
  • 8 days may pass with no shipping update due to transit times and carrier scanning method. 
  • If it has been more than 8 days with no update, please reach out to us for further assistance.

If your tracking says delivered from the carrier: 

  • Check your mailbox as well as areas around your front door or mailroom.
  • Check with the carrier.*
  • Check with neighbors to see if they have your order, it could have been delivered next door.
  • Still can't find your package? 

Please contact us within 7 days of your package being marked as delivered.

*If your package shipped through DHL, then USPS was the last leg of delivery and should be contacted for packages marked delivered

Payments + Promotions

What types of payment methods are available?

We accept the following forms of payment: Shop Pay, PayPal, Google Pay, Meta Pay, TYES BY TARA gift cards, and credit cards. 

We will charge your supplied payment method once your order has shipped. Please note, once your order is placed we are unable to change the payment method or add additional discounts.

Why don't I see free shipping?

Only order to the U.S. receive free standard shipping on orders $40+. Please note, standard ground shipping is not considered expedited.
Free shipping offered during promotional periods is eligible only to customers in the U.S. Other requirements will be subject to the specific promotional criteria.

Why won't my discount code apply?

In most situations, you can only apply one discount code and cannot combine it with other offers. Sale and promotional items are excluded from most discounts so make sure you have at least one full-priced item in your cart before applying a code.

Please note, codes are only eligible for one time use and TYES BY TARA, LLC has the right to hold and/or cancel orders that use more than one discount code. Expired discount codes will not be accepted.

Do you offer price adjustments?

Orders placed within 7 days of the price decrease are eligible for a store credit worth the difference in price. Please contact us within 7 days of the price change in order to receive store credit. Some promotions are excluded from price adjustments. Price Adjustments are only available for full price purchases. 

What time zone do your promotions run in?

When we launch a promotion, start and end times are referenced in the Mountain Time Zone (MST).

Can I change/cancel my order?

Since we work as quickly as possible to get your order out, we’re not able to change the products or prices once your order is placed. Please double check your cart to be sure everything is accurate before submitting your order.

Once your order is placed, we can make every attempt to change the shipping address but there’s no guarantee it can be changed. Please contact us right away so we can help you out.

Once you’ve received tracking information, we cannot cancel your order or change the shipping address.

Can I send a gift receipt?

Yes, you can send a gift receipt directly to anyone you want! A link will be included at the bottom of your order confirmation email, as well as in your order history.

What is your return policy?

We’re confident you’ll love our products, but if something’s not the right match for you we have a 30 day satisfaction guarantee on everything. If you need to make a return, you can begin the process online through our Return Center

Returns from the continental U.S. are provided shipping labels free of charge. At this time we do not offer free returns and exchanges for international orders.

Final sale and niptyes are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Return Qualifications

  • Return must be initiated within 30 days post purchase.
  • Items must be unused and in the original packaging
  • If you return only one item from a Buy One Get One promotional purchase, you'll receive a partial refund reflecting the discounted amount applied to both items. If you return both items, you'll receive a full refund.The specific refund amount depends on whether the items were priced differently or if they were part of a free-with-purchase offer.

Return Options

Refund - A return for refund will go back to the original payment method used on the order. Please note, if you used a gift card to pay for a portion of the purchase, it will be refunded before your credit/debit card. 

Store Credit - A return for store credit will generate a gift card that will be sent to your email on file once the return is processed. Gift cards do not expire.

Exchange - If you wish to exchange your items, you have two options. 

  • Exchange once returned
  • Instant exchange

No matter which option you choose, if you are exchanging for an item more expensive than your original purchase you will need to submit payment before a label can be generated.

Return Processing

Once your return is received to our warehouse it may take 5-7 business days to process. All returns are quality checked once received. Refunds are dependent on the condition of the return and may be rejected if the return is deemed improper. We reserve the right to refuse a return for any reason. 

International Returns

We will not be able to refund the shipping cost as this is directly paid to our providers. For international orders, if your package is unclaimed and returned to us, we will refund the amount of the products, but the shipping cost will not be refunded.

TYES BY TARA is not responsible for any additional shipping costs (customs) for returns and exchanges, and we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to TYES BY TARA.

Do you have a Holiday Return Policy?

Yes we do! We extend our return period for the holiday season.

Purchases made from November 1, 2024 - December 24, 2024 will be eligible for return until January 31, 2025.

After we have received your return, please allow 10-14 business days for processing. Final Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. If you have any questions or concerns please reach out to us

Can I change my return method?

Absolutely! If you originally submitted your return as a refund, you can change it to store credit that you can shop with. You’ll get an email 24 hours after you submit your return that will help you process that change.

Please note, once you ship your return package this is no longer an option.
